This majolica dish is entirely handmade in our workshop in Pitigliano, Tuscany. The geometric decoration, inspired by medieval iconographic heritage, is executed in the traditional colors of copper green, antique blue, manganese, and ochre yellow, typical of the majolica of that time.

The display dish, also known as a parade dish, originated as an object intended more for display than for use, an expression of prestige and the master craftsmanship of potters. The wide decorative surface enhances the ornamental motifs, which draw on the tradition of late medieval majolica, reinterpreted through meticulous craftsmanship that respects historical techniques.

Each piece is the result of an entirely manual process, which makes every creation unique, with slight variations in shape and color as a testament to its authenticity.

Designed as a highly charming decorative element, this dish represents a meeting of history, art, and craftsmanship, capable of enriching any space with the timeless character of late medieval majolica.
