How can I purchase your ceramics?
You can purchase our ceramics directly from our online shop or visit us at our shop in Pitigliano.
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Of course. If you need more information about a product, its dimensions, materials or availability, you can contact us before placing your order. We will be happy to help you choose the right piece.
Can I request a personalised ceramic piece?
Yes. We also create pieces to order and personalised projects. If you have a project in mind, you can contact us directly and we will discuss the possibilities, timings and costs with you.
Are all the products I see online available?
Availability is indicated on each product page. Some pieces are unique, while others are made in small batches. If a product is unavailable or you need a particular quantity, please contact us.

Are your ceramics handmade?
Yes. Our ceramics are made in the Ceramiche Polidori workshop in Pitigliano through several stages of production, from preparing the clay to shaping, decorating, glazing and firing.
Will the piece I receive be identical to the one in the photograph?
It depends on the product. Unique pieces and works made in limited editions correspond to the piece shown in the photograph. Ceramics made in small batches may differ slightly from the image due to the handmade process. Shape, colour, decoration and surface may vary slightly from one piece to another.
Why may your ceramics have slight differences?
The handmade process and firing make each piece slightly different. Small variations in shape, colour, glaze or decoration are part of the craft process and contribute to the character of each ceramic piece.
Are your ceramics suitable for food use?
Ceramics intended for tableware are made using materials and glazes suitable for contact with food and free from lead. If you have any questions about the use of a specific piece, please contact us before purchasing.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy, many European countries, Switzerland, the United States and other selected destinations. Shipping availability is shown at checkout based on the destination country.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

How are the ceramics packaged?
We take particular care when packaging our ceramics, especially fragile pieces. Each item is carefully prepared and protected to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably including photographs of the parcel, the internal packaging and the damaged product.
This will allow us to assess the situation quickly and advise you on how to proceed.
Are there customs charges for international shipments?
Depending on the destination, customs duties, import VAT or customs clearance fees may apply and may not be included in the order price. Any such costs are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please see our Shipping page.

Can I visit the workshop?
Yes. Our workshop is located in the countryside around Pitigliano, in the Area del Tufo. Visits can be arranged by appointment. For information and availability, please see our Workshop Visit page.
What is “Decora la Tua Tazza”?
It is an experience at our workshop where you can discover the world of ceramics and decorate your own cup. The experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, after which your cup is fired in our workshop. For information, availability and bookings, please see the Decora la Tua Tazza page.
Where is the workshop located?
The workshop is located a few kilometres from Pitigliano, in an easily accessible location between Pitigliano, Sorano and Sovana.
