The Terre e Foglie collection is made from glazed terracotta, using natural colours researched, collected and selected by Roberto Polidori in the hills of the Tuff Area: white, brick red, pink, grey, ochre and more. The colours have natural tones and are always slightly different from one piece to another. The decorative motif consists of leaves, such as oak and maple, which appear to have fallen naturally onto the ceramic surfaces in an apparently spontaneous arrangement.

Maiolica and unique pieces rooted in the tradition of Tuscan ceramics

Roberto Polidori was born, lives and works in Pitigliano. He founded the workshop and began the Ceramiche Polidori story.

Trained as a surveyor and having studied architecture, he is both a craftsman and an artist-potter.
