This handcrafted ceramic lamp is a unique work made entirely by hand in the Ceramiche Polidori workshop in Pitigliano, in the heart of Tuscany. The maiolica body, lustre-fired at a third stage, is enriched with precious lustre and finishes in gold and platinum that create elegant, deep reflections of light. No two pieces are alike: variations in shape and decoration make this lamp a true collectible work of art and a refined furnishing accent for contemporary or classic interiors.
The glass-fibre lampshade completes the piece with a warm, welcoming look, ideal for lighting reading corners, living rooms or bedrooms. Each lamp is an exclusive handcrafted piece, the result of ancient techniques and of skills handed down in our workshop since 1977.

Roberto Polidori was born, lives and works in Pitigliano. He founded the workshop and began the Ceramiche Polidori story.
Trained as a surveyor and having studied architecture, he is both a craftsman and an artist-potter.
